Best by use case

Shortlists with a reason.

The best product changes with the buyer, budget and repeated job. Our shortlists make that tradeoff explicit instead of ranking everything for everyone.

How a shortlist earns a place

We rank the decision, not the logo.

A “best” list is only useful when the category has been narrowed to a real job. We therefore define who is buying, what outcome they need, what constraints change the answer and which tradeoffs are material before recommending anything.

Commission size is not a ranking criterion. Some recommended products may have affiliate relationships and others may not. Those relationships are disclosed on the relevant page.

If two buyers with different jobs would rationally choose different products, our shortlist should say so.
